Checking the box below gives the Registrar's Office authority to automatically register you each semester for your next set of courses within your declared program.

CJ Course Registration Authorization

I give permission to WJU to automatically enroll me in the courses each term as required by my declared program, until successful completion of the Criminal Justice program. I understand that I have the option to adjust my enrollment through the student portal, or with the Add/Drop form found online at my.jessup.edu, and am subject to the refund policy as articulated in the catalog.

MAEd Course Registration Authorization*

I agree that I intend to follow the cohort model for the MAEd (MA in Education) program at William Jessup University. I give permission to WJU to automatically enroll me in the courses each term as required by my declared program, until successful completion of the MAEd program. I understand that I have the option to adjust my enrollment through the student portal, or with the Add/Drop form found online at my.jessup.edu, and am subject to the refund policy as articulated in the catalog.

MAT Course Registration Authorization*

I agree that I intend to follow the cohort model for the MAT (MA in Teaching) program at William Jessup University. I give permission to WJU to automatically enroll me in the courses each term as required by my declared program, until successful completion of the MAT program. I understand that I have the option to adjust my enrollment through the student portal, or with the Add/Drop form found online at my.jessup.edu, and am subject to the refund policy as articulated in the catalog.

MBA Course Registration Authorization*

I agree that I intend to follow the cohort model for the MBA (MA in Business Administration) program at William Jessup University. I give permission to WJU to automatically enroll me in the courses each term as required by my declared program, until successful completion of the MBA program. I understand that I have the option to adjust my enrollment through the student portal, or with the Add/Drop form found online at my.jessup.edu, and am subject to the refund policy as articulated in the catalog.

MACP Course Registration Authorization*

I agree that I intend to follow the cohort model for the MACP (MA in Counseling Psychology) program at William Jessup University. I give permission to WJU to automatically enroll me in the courses each term as required by my declared program, until successful completion of the MACP program. I understand that I have the option to adjust my enrollment through the student portal, or with the Add/Drop form found online at my.jessup.edu, and am subject to the refund policy as articulated in the catalog.

Financial Responsibilities

Please read each statement carefully before checking the appropriate box, which represents your acknowledgement of and agreement with each policy.

I am responsible for all tuition, fees, and charges associated with registering for courses at William Jessup University.

Withdrawing from or dropping courses, in part or in full, is my responsibility and can be done through the student portal, with any refund according to the appropriate refund schedule (see Finances menu > Refund Schedules)

An add/drop fee will be charged each time that I add or drop courses after the first week of the term

I am responsible to pay my debt for the semester according to one of two ways. First, pay the entire balance in full by the designated due date. Second, apply for and pay the balance in four equal payments using the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP). The due dates for the DPP are designated by WJU and published on the student portal.

In order to stay registered in the selected courses, payment must be received before or on the designated tuition due date for the semester (or if I am a new student, the day I am registering for classes). If payment is not received by that date, I will be dropped from all courses and a hold will be placed on my account. If I am dropped from all courses due to non-payment, I understand that I will need to contact the Business Office in order to clear the hold so that I can re-register for classes. I also understand that courses may become full and that I may lose my spot in a course after I am dropped due to non-payment.

The obligation and debt is a student loan as defined in the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Bankruptcy Code considers student loans for tuition, fees, books, room, and board as nondischargeable.

The timing and payment amount due are subject to change.

Any balance becomes 45 days past due my account will be delinquent. I understand the following consequences of a delinquent account: (1) it will be referred to a collection agency and/or placed in litigation in accordance with state and federal laws, (2) it may also be reported to one or more of the national credit reporting agencies, and (3) that students with delinquent accounts will be held responsible for collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs. If my account becomes delinquent, I give permission to contact me at any telephone number and allow this permission to pass to all vendors, subcontractors, agents, and independent contractors

My financial aid may be adjusted depending on the number of units in which I am enrolled. If any adjustments to my financial aid occur, I am responsible to pay for any unpaid charges on my account within 30 days.
