Diversity Grant || Jessup University

Who Is Eligible: Only new Traditional Undergraduate students living on campus. Returning students are not eligible to apply. These grants are competitive and based on financial need, and demonstrated leadership and vision through multiculturalism. You will be asked to share how your ethnicity and cultural heritage have influenced your growth spiritually, academically and socially, and how your background will combine with your Jessup education to equip you for future ministry, service, and workplace impact.

To be eligible to apply, a student must be a new freshman or transfer and must have a minimum 2.80 academic GPA (as calculated by the Admission Office).

Amount and Renewal: The amount of the grant is $2,000 per year. The total award amount is split in half to be receive in equal disbursements per semester. This grant is renewable each year if the student maintains a cumulative Jessup GPA of 2.00 and remains in on campus housing.

Requirements: Students must complete an essay response (below) and must have submitted the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (www.FAFSA.gov). If selected, the recipient must be active with multicultural educational activities on campus.

Application Deadline: The Diversity Grant Application is due July 15th for Fall applicants and November 15th for Spring Applicants.
